EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

In a recent survey of recuiters from large comapanies, communication skills were cited as the single most important decesive factor in choosing managers.

The survey, conducted by the Katz Business School ( University of Pittsburge), points out that communication skills, including written and oral presentations, as an ability to work with others, are the main factors controlling to job success.

Communication is always a two- process:
1. Talking and Liatening
2. Writing and Reading
